Logistics Manager - Nhon Trach, Dong Nai

ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including order coordination, transportation, warehousing, and team leadership. The role focuses on improving processes, optimizing cost and lead time, and ensuring smooth collaboration across internal teams and customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage customer orders from placement to delivery and after-sales, ensuring clear communication with internal teams. • Oversee transportation planning, distribution to branches/customers/suppliers, and manage contracts with logistics service providers. • Supervise warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards; improve processes and systems (ERP, WMS). • Lead, train, and develop the logistics team; set KPIs and manage performance. • Monitor key logistics KPIs, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement in cost, lead time, and service quality. • Ensure compliance with transport and customs regulations; identify risks and implement contingency plans. • Prepare required documents (CO, customs declarations, audit papers) and support finance and audit activities.

REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields. • At least 5 years of logistics experience, including 2+ years in a managerial position. • Strong team leadership, project management, and coordination skills. • Solid capability in planning, data analysis, and cost optimization. • Proficient in Excel, ERP/WMS, and warehouse management systems. • Good English communication skills and ability to read technical documents. • Able to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
