WHAT WE OFFER

• Be rresponsible for local delivery follow-up, customers inquiries regarding the delivery status of domestic orders.

• Handle billing operations and and prepare a complete set of delivery documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, COA and delivery notes) in compliance with local regulations and business models.

• Support the Logistics function by coordinating with logistics service providers (LSPs) for import / export declaration processes.

• Oversee inventory reconciliation, goods receipt/goods issue (GR/GI), and coordinate annual stocking activities.

• Troubleshoot various ad-hoc logistics issues and support logistics-related projects.

• Support the achievement of Supply Chain & Logistics KPIs, including On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain operation.

• Open-minded and courageous, with strong sense of accountability for actions and results – both success and challenges.

• Good analytical thinking and problem-sloving skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and manage conflicts constructively.

• IT proficiency, especially skilled in SAP and Microsoft Office, and comfortable using digital tools and internet-based platforms.

• Energetic, self-driven, good communication with a customer-centric approach, and good interpersonal skills.
