Role Summary

As part of our business development plan, Eusu Logistics is recruiting 01 Logistics Sales Support for our Ho Chi Minh City office. This position focuses on supporting sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

We value positive attitude, learning ability, and motivation more than prior experience. Training will be provided for the right candidates.

Specific Accountabilities

• Support the Sales team in acquiring new customers and generating business opportunities for Freight Forwarding and Logistics services in Vietnam and internationally.

• Research, identify, and expand new customer target lists.

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.

• Build customer networks and support market development in line with company strategy.

• Assist in achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.

• Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service / Operations) to monitor shipments and resolve any service-related issues.

• Prepare reports and perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Air, Sea, and Logistics is an advantage (training will be provided).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.

• Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Basic to intermediate English communication skills (email and daily work).

• Reliable, proactive, honest, and responsible.

• Passionate about building a long-term career in Sales.

Experience and Qualifications

• Graduate from a college or university in Sales, Business Administration, Trade, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade is a plus (but not required).

• Proactive, supportive, and team-oriented working attitude.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Willingness to take ownership and follow through on responsibilities.
