Logistics Specialist

- Working place : Unit L07.02, 7th Floor, The Hallmark, 15 Tran Bach Dang Street, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City, HCM City

- Working time : 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday

** This incumbent takes care of the logistics duties mainly for Vietnam daily operations.

** Key responsibilities:

- Knowledgeable on logistics functions and apply correctly.

- Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders and internal parties on shipment arrangement independently.

- Provide shipping solutions to suppliers, communicate with the oversea offices for shipment update.

- Assist on shipment bookings and shipping documents for customs purpose.

- Responsible for different kinds of logistics work upon request.

- Update shipment data in systems.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with logistics.

- Fluent of both spoken and written in English.

- Good computer knowledge in Microsoft office applications.

- Be a good team player with detail-minded, independent and positive working attitude.
