Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for logistics duties for Asia operations.
• Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders and internal departments on shipment arrangement independently on FOB, FCA, DDP and EXW terms.
• Provide shipping solutions to suppliers, communicate with the oversea offices for shipment update.
• Manage Export shipment bookings and shipping documents for destination customs clearance purpose.
• Responsible for different kinds of logistics work upon request.
• Update shipment data in systems.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with logistics on Export.
• Fluent of both spoken and written in English, knowing Chinese is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in logistics export functions and apply correctly.
• Knowledge of Logistics Industries on Ocean carriers/Freight forwarders.
• Good computer knowledge in Microsoft office applications.
• Working experience in sourcing office is a plus.
