Logistics Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end logistics processes.

The Role & Key Responsibilities:

• Handle import documentation and liaise with domestic service agents

• Track shipment progress from port arrival to distribution.

• Handle all documents to submit to Customs to clear shipment. CO / CA / Letter of

Authorization / Invoice / Packing list.

• Register product, combine all documents [Original and legalized document] to submit

to customs.

• Follow up all active contract with producers, up to date.

• Contact Freight Forwarder company for quotation.

• Follow up with Freight Forwarder to coordinate shipment clearance.

• Work directly with the Custom Clearance agent, ensure all documents are available and

submitted on time.

• Corporate with Internal accountant for on time input price, Stock, invoice, payment to local

suppliers, international suppliers, etc.

• In charge of Banking Payment process included Local and Internal.

• Prepare reports realting to importing work..

• Report and work directly with CFO.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics.

• Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, reading).
