Logistics Staff

1. Logistics and Transportation

- Do and monitor the Material Import to meet the production requirement (Export and Inland Transportation; Shipping etc.)

- Working closely with the Supplier and forwarder such as Customs procedure, Delivery schedule, CO, BL, PL, Insurance, Invoice and payment.

- Working directly with the Sales and Procurement team to determine and compare the most cost-effective transportation solution for import material and delivery finished goods.

- Resolve problems associated with customer problems and logistics systems

- Logistic Recording & Report

2. Warehouse Monitoring

- Supervise the Sale orders and make adjustments to keep the materials and product stock levels sufficient.

- Support Manager to control and monitor the Warehouse to keep the physical arrangement following the company regulations.

- Monitoring the worker and activities in warehouse.

3. Vendor and Customer services

- Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.

- Coordinate all delivery and receive activities with the Vendor and Customer.

Education: Bachelor degree in specialized in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant field.

Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position in heavy industry companies.

Other requirements:

- Compliance policies, safety procedures, risk management plans, laws and ISO requirements.

- Other requirements shall be adjusted during working progress.

- Having good knowledge and experience to work with Custom is preferred.

- Have experience in making summaries for the Liquidation report to the Customs, and Know the Post-Clearance Audit.

- Ability to work independently, analyze, and multitask.

- Experience in Logistics software (ERP)/SAP

- Have knowledge and good execution about Incoterm.

- Good presentation skills to easily communicate in both Vietnamese and English.

- Self-motivation and being accountable for own actions.
