Duties & Responsibilities
1. Log activities
- Follow forwarder Service (Custom declaration, trucking in/out, custom release cargos)
- Import & Export activities (component, Materials, MRO & Finish goods)
- Document support to Sales team(Packing list, Bill, CO, CQ, ...)
- Shipment cost on SAP/others systment for import & export shipment
- TP price get the approval and send to customers for Finish Good
- Return import tax/custom audit/price consultation
2. Report monthly:
- Log cost saving/Inflation
- Outbound/Inbound cost
- Log KPI & Interco payment
3. Others job assigned from supervisor/leader
Yêu cầu công việc
- Knowledge: Import/export on manufacturing field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience logistics field, Ceramic field is a +
- Education, Training, Qualifications: Recognized Economic/Logistics supply chain university degree
- ENGLISH Languages: Well communication (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing); TOEIC 450 + or IETS 4.0+ is plus
- Personality: Outgoing, teamwork, strict and friendly
