LOGISTICS Staff (Import – Export – Domestic & C/O)

Export

• Receive and check documents from customers to open export files

• Prepare and complete all related shipping documents

• Coordinate with internal departments to arrange cargo delivery

• Arrange and control trucking from customer’s warehouse to port

• Monitor vessel schedules until goods are delivered to the consignee

• Handle arising issues and prepare cost reports

Import

• Receive and verify documents to open import files

• Coordinate with relevant departments to complete cargo receipt procedures

• Arrange trucking from the port to customer’s warehouse

• Monitor vessel schedules until delivery is completed

• Handle any issues and prepare related reports

Domestic & C/O

• Receive domestic shipment requests and documents from customers

• Prepare C/O application documents as required

• Work with VCCI/MOIT or other competent authorities

• Follow up on application status and handle arising issues

• Prepare status and cost reports

• Experience in Logistics is an advantage

• Minimum 1 year of experience

• Careful, responsible, proactive at work

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Priority given to candidates with specialized English in Logistics
