Logistics Staff - Salary Up to $850

The candidate will report to the Logistics Manager and will primarily be involved in the following:

• Accomplish team's goal by supporting staffs' goal as well as accomplish own goal

• Liaise with customers, and vendors for logistic matters

• Plan for shipment (incoming/outgoing) & implement the plan

• Monitor shipments to ensure customer specific requirements

• Filling of shipping related documents

• Review orders for discrepancies due to nonconformance to specifications

• Follow SOP & timely consult with superiors for any update, improvements

• Examine contents and compare with records, such as invoices or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment

• Share knowledge by their own

• Prepares and checks all shipping documents to ensure that they are comply with import and export rules and regulations

• Prepare mailing labels, shipping documents, certificate of origin and invoices

• Contact carrier representative to make arrangement and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of products

• Cooperate with vendors to settle problems such as damages, shortages and other nonconformance to specifications

• Liaises with shipping companies, customs officials, transport vendor, suppliers and customers to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments

• Ensure signed Delivery Order is return

• Internal communication with teams for solving problems related to logistics

• Carry out Kaizen, 5S activities

• Other tasks as required.

• Proficiency in computer knowledge

• Excellent comprehension of Customs procedures

• Able to communicate/write in English
