Mô Tả Công Việc
People: Develop distribution and service organization and people capability to enable delivery of delivery goals aligned to the supply chain strategy.
Capacity / Technology: Plan and ensure logistic capacity to deliver demand using available best practices technology, incl. regular assessment on number of transporters & storage capacity.
Logistic Performance & Excellence: Direct implementation of the excellence agenda for an effective and efficient logistic.
Export management: Intercompany dispatches (ICD) – scheduling the export dispatches as per customer requirements meeting OTIF and cost targets.
Customer Service: Measure and analyze data related to customer satisfaction.
Compliance in all HSE&S standard, PSM compliance and regulatory requirements in every activity within respective unit.
Compliance with the Code of Conduct standard in every activity within working unit.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
College degree or above in Technical/Industrial major, logistics experience, demonstrating passion to drive.
Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Computer skills: word, excel, power point, SAP.
Good leadership skills, strong values on customer focus, deliver on commitment, passion for excellence and winning together with core values on safety, sustainability and integrity.
Knowledge of CI skills /tools are added advantage.
