Logistics System Consultants

• Based on an understanding of market logistics products and internal operational needs, be responsible for the planning of logistics-related systems and functionalities, such as OMS, TMS, WMS, and BMS;

• Lead the planning and optimization of system functions and performance to ensure that the products meet operational requirements in terms of productization and configurability;

• Take charge of project planning for system development and manage progress throughout the entire implementation process;

• Identify potential risks related to timeline and quality during the system development process, and coordinate with relevant departments to formulate countermeasures promptly to prevent risks;

• Support system requirements for national customer solutions, including conducting requirements analysis and process mapping, producing BRD documents, and coordinating with headquarters to push for feature launches;

• Responsible for system implementation for standard merchants.

• Professional Competence: In-depth understanding of logistics and basic supply chain systems and products (e.g., OMS, TMS, WMS, BMS), with the ability to lead and deliver actionable, forward-looking, reusable, and product-oriented system solution design documents that align with industry and project needs;

• Project Implementation: Experience in leading the design and implementation of at least two strategic industry projects, with a background as a project leader or team manager;

• Project Management Skills: Strong capabilities in managing large-scale projects, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, predict potential risks, strictly control delivery timelines and quality, and provide optimization suggestions;

• Communication & Adaptability: Excellent communication, coordination, and adaptability skills, with strong stress resilience and a proactive attitude toward challenges;

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); Chinese language is a plus.
