Operations Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the central kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient production.

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet our business demands.

- Monitor and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Quality Control:

- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet established standards.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process.

- Address and resolve any quality issues that arise.

Team Management:

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers, supervisors, and support staff.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team performance.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for production.

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.

- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes.

- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices.

- Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and present regular reports on production, quality, and efficiency.

- Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory, and personnel.

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a similar role within the food industry.

- Strong knowledge of food production processes and quality control standards.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to analyze and improve production processes.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
