- Warehouse Operations Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of goods.

- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.

- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.

- Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software.

- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.

- Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.

- Implement and monitor FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles.

- Team Management:

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, including leaders, forklift operators, and pickers.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team performance.

- Ensure that all warehouse staff adhere to safety and operational procedures.

- Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Implement and monitor safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

- Logistics and Distribution:

- Coordinate with logistics providers for the transportation of goods.

- Oversee the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.

- Ensure timely and accurate shipment of products to customers.

- Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implement changes.

- Utilize lean management principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices.

- Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and efficiency.

- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and transactions.

- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role within the food industry.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to analyze and improve warehouse processes.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
