• Training Service mind for Lotte Shopping mall Staffs.
• Training Coaching kills & B/D staffs management skills for Sales Management Team.
• Training Service skills for Lotte Mall Front Office staffs.
II. Customer Service
• Research and making ideas to enhance customer’s satisfaction.
• Research and propose the solution to prevent issues or complaints
• Research & making strategy to enhance the service quality for normal customers and vip customers.
III. Brand Staff Management - Training and Managing Brand Staff
1. Brand Staff’s Status Management
• Ensure that all Brand Staff must have Name Card and Name tag (Official Staff) or Probation cards during working time.
2. Traning Duty
• Short-term training for new Brand staffs
• Support Training Plans for Short-term training and Long-term training for Brand Staffs
• Retrain for Multiple-time-violated Brand Staff
3. On-Site Checking
• Daily checking duties: Brand staff’s appearance and performance, hygiene and re-guide Brand how to improve.
IV. Brand Staff Care - Maintain an interesting working environment for Brand Staff
1. VOS (Voice of Staff) Broadcast Making
• Create content or collect Brand Staff’s message (from private facebook group, email or direct) and make a Broadcast for every Monday (Music Broadcast – 8:45am to 9:15am, Knowledge Broadcast – Time: 8:45am to 9:00 am)
2. On-site activities for Brand Staff
• Support create content and prepare tools, gift for Game show/Talkshow
• Host the game
3. Private facebook group content create
• Create status content
• Update news for Brand Staffs
V. On-site duty - Daily On-site Checking and Supporting
• Daily checking duties: hygiene, displayed products, Customer contact point LDS staff’s performance, MVG, Service lounge, Information, POP, customer’s facilities.
• Support events, promotion.
VI. Office Works
• Daily report for Manager.
• Support in weekly report for SD meeting.
• Other paper works.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2. 1 - 4 years working experience is preferred: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service...
3. Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese.
4. Be careful & accurate, have good team-work and communication skills.
5. Can work under high pressure and self-motivate.
6. Exceptional time management skills and a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
