M&E Manager

Summary:

Maintenance & Operation Manager responsible for the maintenance and operation of equipment, tools, and machines in the factory, keep machines running safely, stable, and with high efficiency. Work closely with the Sales Team, Customer Service team, Delivery, and Factory managers to ensure production runs smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Build and set work goals for the department, year, month, week. Implement, measure, report, analyze, and adjust for effectiveness.

 Planning maintenance, maintenance of machines, equipment, production machine systems in the factory

 Make records to manage all equipment, machines and facilities in the factory

 Managing and using assigned assets, equipment, machinery and documents efficiently and economically, protecting information confidentiality and technological know-how of the Company

 Assign and guide work for junior employees according to the functions and tasks of each employee based on the production plan of the factory

 Proposing new technical solutions to improve and prolong the life of machinery and equipment, improve productivity and product quality

 Responsible for the installation of production machines and auxiliary machines (if purchased new). Responsible for supervising installation (if outsourced) and signing for acceptance.

 Directly training technical-related processes for departments in the company

 Participate in directing the implementation of fire prevention, occupational safety and health, QHSE in the whole factory

 Participate in the implementation and maintenance of ISO system activities; 5S, FSSC22000

 Actively cooperate in QHSE work for the department, strictly comply with the requirements and regulations of the factory and the company and enthusiastically support colleagues in the working process

 Perform other related tasks under the direction of the Factory Manager

 Education:   University or above. Specialization: Electrical systems, Electrical equipment, Electrical engineering, Control and automation

 Experience:   03 years of experience or more in the field of electromechanical, manufacturing, 01 year in a similar position

  - Ability to read and understand electrical system drawings, electrical control drawings, mechanical drawings

   - Ability to program automatic devices, understanding of lighting and electrical systems, factory power supply systems

  - Good knowledge of machine tools, hydraulic machines...

  - Having good knowledge of clean water and wastewater treatment systems, basic construction systems and fire protection systems

  - Good knowledge of human resource management

   - Experience in implementing Kaizen, 5S
