Mô Tả Công Việc
- Planning for supplying, operating power system of Industrial park, commercial & resident, M&E systems, Air-conditioning, Fire protection, Water supply and drainage, sewerage system, sewerage treatment plant.
- Coordinate with design consultant, departments to give out effective design plans.
- In charge of progress monitoring, volume calculation, quality control of electrical, water, communication, and ventilation facilities to ensure proper documentation design and modifications are approved.
- Arrange maintenance, warranty and fix problems related to M&E systems, Air-conditioning, Fire protection, Water supply and drainage, sewerage system, sewerage treatment plant.
- Supervising, monitoring and reporting to manager; performing other tasks required by Manager/ BOD.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from full-time university majoring in: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3-years experiences in related fields in big projects; management experience is preferred
- Having experience in designing, planning electricity system for industrial and commercial and resident zones
- Mastery and proficiency in the drawings related to electrical systems, operating principles of electricity production, air conditioning, fire alarm, water ...
- Ability to effectively plan and organize work to achieve the department's goals
- Ability to anticipate and handle multiple programs and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in communication English (Speaking and writing)
- At least 3-years experiences in related fields in big projects; management experience is preferred
