- Operation, Maintenance, and Management of production equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and prepare reports.
- Inspect the operating condition of equipment.
- Manage and order replacement parts; repair faulty equipment.
- Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Analyze, propose solutions, and handle incidents; prepare reports.
- Develop and execute continuous improvement plans.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering
- Preference for candidates with experience, PLC programming skills, and ability to repair electronic equipment; salary based on experience
- Proficiency in English, with a TOEIC score of 550 or higher (including the speaking test), or an IELTS score of 5.5 or higher.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under high pressure in a team
- Hardworking, eager to learn, and committed to long-term employment
