In charge of Sales in North of Vietnam for GF Machining Solutions products, including Danang city, based in Hanoi
Includes but not limited to achieving defined sales targets, margin and objectives.
• To achieve machine sales target company objectives in Saigon region
• Follow up with the existing customers also search for new customers who could benefit from our products
• To submit all the mandatory reports on time , Weekly reports , WIG, SMM , lost bids , competitor info , VP & PL and sales activities in CRM
• To maintain and contact will all the GFMS customers in the region to ensure high level of customer satisfaction

1 Achieving defined sales targets, margins and objectives.
2 Driving direct sales in area of responsibility; maintaining existing accounts; creating new accounts; managing accounts receivables.
3 • Regular sales visits in the specified region to increase the market coverage by identifying potential customers for our business. Planning and organizing sales call schedule.
• Identify potential new customers and existing customer who is looking for the machine which is suitable to our machine portfolio , and to give company / product presentations .
• To understand customer requirement / business issues well and approach by unique buyers proposition and to understand the reason for buying .propose the right solution to their business issues
• Clarifying customer clarifications / test cut request / reference customer visit in coordination with our application team
• Prepare request for the quote in line with the specification of the machine suitable to customer needs and submit the techno-commercial offer
• Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of our machines and to gain customer confidence by explaining or demonstrating ( at our technical centre / at reference customer places) benefits and values in line with their business issues .
• Explain value additional items from the machine scope to increase customer benefits and to competitive against our competitors
• Execution of sales order in coordination with the back office team and service team and payment follow up in a systematic manner.
• Well aware of competitor’s products and update lost bids time to time
• Preparation and timely submission of mandatory reports like ,weekly visit plan ,WIG report , monthly sales report , Value prompter & plan letter updates & sales activity updates in CRM
• Ensure to complete customer satisfaction after sales service and coordinate with application and service team.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Age Range: Between 24 years to 30 years old
- Experience: >= 3 years
- Training/Certificate: Engineering, Sales, Marketing
- Specific knowledge: Machine Tools or Cutting tools
- Specific Skills: Outdoor sales, people management
- Language: English, Korean
- Computer: Microsoft WORD & EXCEL
- Communication competency: Fluency in English, Korean speaking is an advantage
