Maintenance And Repair Manager

• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all managed properties.

• Supervise and provide technical guidance to Chief Engineers and site maintenance teams.

• Coordinate maintenance operations among projects to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.

• Review and approve maintenance budgets, repair quotations, and procurement of technical equipment.

• Support project teams in handling technical issues, major breakdowns, and emergency incidents.

• Evaluate performance and training needs of technical staff across sites.

• Manage relationships with service vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure all properties meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare technical and maintenance reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Facility Management, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in property or facility maintenance management, including supervisory experience.

• Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, etc.).

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple project teams.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software (CMMS).

• English proficiency is preferred.
