1. MAINTENANCE DESCRIPTION
1.1 Repair of mechanical systems
- Provide support in the reparation of machine breakdowns, carry out the analysis of the failure and apply effective countermeasures to prevent the reoccurrence of the failure.
- Regularly check the operation of the electric control system to timely detect the damage, to make repairs quickly so as not to affect the overall production process of the whole plant
- Record the problems, root cause of the problems and action taken in daily of maintenance
1.2 Maintenance machinery systems of plant
- Monitoring preventive maintenance program including preventive maintenance and spare parts inventory to keep machinery and equipment in good working order.
- Ensures monitoring and prompting for quick repair of machines to reduce downtime
- Regularly checking the operation of the system of equipment and machinery
- Find out the causes of common problems and find a way to handle thoroughly so as not to affect the production schedule of the plant
- Carry out maintenance of the machines and equipment in the factory as per the approved plan (cleaning, grease pump, replacement of damaged parts ...)
- Assist to install new equipment for the plant
- Ensure all PLC program were backed up
- Check and preserve tools, tools and equipment for the assigned work
- Proactively propose solutions to improve work efficiency for maintenance workers and machine efficiency
- Preparation of maintenance plan (yearly) for all types of machinery
- Implementation and acceptance of maintenance results of sub-contractor
2. OTHER JOBS
- Support for installation of utility systems of the plant
- Observe and check firefighting and fire alarm system
- Assist in training new employees for the department
- Follow 5S of the maintenance department, maintenance’s warehouse management
- Provide support and ensure all document compline in internal and external audit
- Arrange working shifts for operator
- Carry out other duties as required by the supervisor
- Attending training courses to improve the level of maintenance staff
- Updating data full fill, exactly issues to report.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Engineering degree in electric, automation or mechatronic.
- Languages: Communication skills and working level of writing and spoken English
- Work Experience: Prefer previous experience in manufacturing environment
- Skills Or Abilities:

- Others: Experience in maintenance work or equivalent 2-3 years.
