2. Manage whole production process to achieve production productivity as well as ensuring product quality.
3. Manage production process in order to minimize production loss, minimize production cost, increase productivity of machinery as well as man power.
4. Set up strategies for Maintenance & Production Department to achieve company objective.
5. Set up department KPI and manage performance of production department to achieve KPI’s target.
6. Prepare and control budget of department.
7. Supervise and control subordinates to effectively perform work pertaining to associated standard requirements of ISO, HACCP, GMP.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Working experience: at least 8 years experiences in canning line production and at least 2 years experiences in the same level.
- A food/beverage canning line and production management experience is preferred, including food safety management
- Maintenance management
- A Bachelor or Master degree with a major in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, Food Technology, or related Industrial Engineering.
- Good command in English.
- Lean Six Sigma certified OR TPM implementation experience
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 22000, 14001 and 45001
