- Schedules repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuos production operations
- Set up maintenance program in conjunction with the maintenance staff
- Oriented on machine improvements, product quality and machine capacity.
- Planning and implement preventive maintenance , machine improvement projects.
- Supervise & implement corrective action
- Manage for machine installation , testing and manage spare parts.
- Record / analysis / report machine troubles, machine history, period report.
- Arranging the staffs properly and combine with other departments to achieve targets.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduated on technical sectors: electrics, electronics, Mechanical or equivalent
- Good organizing skill in repair and maintaining process
- 8~10 years Engineering experience
- Ability to identify and implement plans to manage changes in processing technology
- Leadership and management skills
- Computer skills: MS Office, AutoCad,…
- English communication, writing emails.
