A. Main responsibility
- Perform activities to ensure machine available, machine problem solving on production machine and utility systems.
- Lead Maintenance team in planning, implementing and recording of Preventive maintenance for production machine and utility systems
- Manage all of Maintenance activities
- Managing the implementation of the health, safety and environment within his responsible department.
B. Operational
1. People Management
- Developing self-competencies and sub-ordinate competencies through education, training, skills and experiences according to ISO 9001 Standard, BRC IOP Standard.
- Maximized all human resource’s potential at the company comply with the expansion of structural organization and development.
- Build positive and communicative work environments among all employees.
2. Planning and Decision Making Authority
- Instruct Technicians in preventive maintenance activities sol
- Continuous improving for production machine and utility systems
3. Operational
- Control spare parts inventory in maintenance department
- Instruct Technicians in maintenance activities.
- Ensure the work process & its result comply with 5S, HSE requirements
4. Administration Work
- Documentation works related production machine and utility systems.
- Perform correction and preventive action report according to company quality objectives for production machine and utility system.
