Maintenance Supervisor (Apparel)

Responsibilities:

1. Modify sewing and production machines on small-scale level, make tools & parts for machines to facilitate apparel manufacturing operations.

2. Study & solve machines’ problems to help in enhancing production productivity.

3. Coordinate with machine suppliers to understand machines design & specifications.

4. Keep control of machines documents, drawings, technical specifications & operational manuals.

5. Participate in project plans, arrange resources, and report projects implementation processes.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in Mechanical / Mech-Electrical / Manufacturing engineering or any related disciplines.

2. 3 years+ work experience in apparel sewing machines & production machines.

3. Good knowledge and experience in tools making & hardware design.

4. Knowledgeable of technical drawing & producing specifications.

5. Good English language, and MS office skills.

6. Self-motivated, independent, good communication skills & teamwork.
