- Control all Machinery, Mold, Electrical, Facilities of company
- Control and develop all maintenance staff. Assign job for them and follow the progress
- Take improvement actions to enhance performance of machines and molds
- Control Spare parts
- Analyze machine's performance based on history of abnormalities or breakdown
- Take preventive actions to prevent troubles and improve machine, mold performance
- Control repair and replacement of accessories, equipments (Spare parts)
- Design and set up electrodynamics and control systems in the factory
- Establish and control preventive maintenance , predictive maintenance for all molds and machines
- Develop and maintain Quality Management system for Maintenance dept. in accordance with ISO/IATF requirements
- Training, evaluation, and development of skills and workability for all Maintenance staffs
- Assign work, organize and develop teamwork for the maintenance team
- Establish, monitor and drive activities to achieve KPI of the department
- Maintain and improve 5S of Maintenance area
- Other jobs assigned by Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from university major: Mechanical - mechatronics, automation, electricity, electronics, ....
- At least 3 years experience in the same position
- Have good knowledge of mechanical - automation in manufacturing
- Candidates with experience in injection molding machines, molds, or rubber parts will be preferred
- Understand ISO/IATF/TPM/PDCA
- Communication, planning and problem solving skills
- English: Communication and writing
