• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce (EC) Specialist to support the launch and ongoing operations of Malbon Vietnam’s e-commerce business. The EC Specialist will be responsible for coordinating website readiness, product catalog management, logistics alignment, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment across online channels. This role requires strong

organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Coordinate with Shopify vendor and internal teams to set up and launch the e-commerce website

• Ensure smooth integration of payment gateways (Momo, QR code, credit card) and logistics providers.

• Manage product catalog: upload product information, photos, descriptions, pricing, and tagging.

• Set up and monitor online promotions, campaigns, and merchandising activities

• Define SLA for order processing, fulfillment, returns, and customer service workflows.

• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory synchronization

• Generate daily/weekly reports on online sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer insights

• Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and propose improvements.

• Collaborate with marketing and store operations to ensure a consistent omnichannel experience.

• Support customer inquiries and escalations related to online orders.

• 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands;

• Hands-on experience with Shopify including UI/UX, IT or other e-commerce platforms;

• Basic understanding of payment gateway integration and logistics workflows;

• Strong Excel and data management skills;

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset;

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities;

• Fluency in English.
