Mall Development Officer (HCM Head Office - 385)

Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Development Officer. + Work location: HCM Branch Office - 15th Floor, LIM Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str., Da Kao Ward, D1, HCMC + Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday + Report to: Deputy Manager 1. Survey and make a catchment map of the assigned area (10%); 2. Support other members to prepare materials to make reports/proposals to management (20%); 3. Build up database system of retail market; infrastructure development and economic indexes in company's strategic areas (20%); 4. Handle department administration tasks on time such as RFA, payments, etc…(20%); 5. File and update candidate sites( 20%); 6. Other tasks as assigned by supervisors (10%).

1. Bachelor's degree; 2. 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred, as well understanding of the Shopping Mall business; 3. Good communication in both Vietnamese and English; 4. Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); 5. Be careful & accurate, good teamwork skills. BENEFITS 1. 2 days-off per week. 2. 14 annual leave days per year. 3.
