Mô Tả Công Việc
Leasing (80%)
- Signing lease contracts, negotiating design & facility conditions, premises handover, tenant construction management.
- Maintain good relationships and support current tenants list.
- Build and discuss with tenants about T&C policy.
- Update changes in information of tenant during lease period to make amendment annex.
Market Research (20%)
- Work with managers to evaluate efficiency of concepts in Shopping Mall, thereby making changes to more appropriate concepts.
- Supervise and keep track with changes of market to build potential and trendy vendor list in categories-
- Actively contact potential tenants.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree, any majors
- 5- 7 years of leasing experience in Shopping Mall (Vincom, Aeon) is preferred
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Hard-working, good team-work and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
