Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Mall Operation Officer. + Work location: 2nd fIoor, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi + Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday + Report to: Manager/ Team Leader JOB DESCRIPTION: 1) Monthly task as prepare material for Shopping Center (SC) meeting/ Aeon Delight Vietnam (ADV) monthly book meeting/ Collect & update data for saving energy - Garbage management - PET recycle - FMS...(30%) 2) Event management by combine SC to organize ECO event/ Fire Fighting event 1 times/ year to create the contest for all SC's member challenge & improve their skill. (10%) 3) Administration for LCC system to control account/ member register & report online by system. (10%) 4) Support for revise & create Safety rule to unify all SC through tenant rule book/ tenant hand book / Mall Operation Department's regulation ...(10%) 5) Document prepare as RFA - Supplier Contract & File Management. (10%) 6) Yearly checking Facility at 3 North Mall & give evaluation & propose improvement. (10%) 7) Follow task as BOD request. (10%)

Yêu cầu công việc

1) Bachelor's degree, any majors. 2) Having 1-2 years of work experience in building management, building technical management, or related fields is an advantage. 3) Good written and verbal communication in English & Vietnamese. 4) Good at Microsoft Office (Especially MS Word). 5) Be careful and have teamwork spirit.
