Management Accountant

1. Setting and control budget, executing management reports: - Manage and review sales - Set up budget controlling - Guideline budgeting for departments, subsidiaries and branches to align with annual business strategies - Check and control all costs incurred effectively by establishing budgets for Profit Centers & Cost Centers (departments, subsidiaries and branches) - Prepare management report (analysis of business results, business results) monthly, quarterly and annually for subsidiaries and Company - Monitor, update and revise periodically the annual financial plan for Company based on actual business situation 2. Preparing mid and long term financial plan: - Prepare mid and long term financial plan of Company; Company’s its subsidiaries, affiliates and branches - Support and coordinate with other departments to develop business plans, mid and long term investment plans - Periodically update and revise mid and long term financial plans - Appraise financing of investment projects and capital contribution for affiliates and joint ventures 3. Establishing and managing regulations and procedures relevant to finance/accounting: - Establish all regulations, procedures for setting and controlling budget (sale, cost) - Establish all regulations, procedures for monitoring and auditing the functional operation of finance and accounting 4. Coordinating in building and monitoring Enterprise Risk Management - Coordinate to set up ERM system - Deploy and monitor ERM system - Support Risk owners in identifying, assessing and treating risk

- B.A. or M.A in finance/ accounting or equivalent - At least 4 year experience of finance/accounting. - Good skill of finance analysist and problem solving - Good skill of time management and planning - Well presenting and communicating - Good acknowledge about VAS/ IFRS - Good English skill, TOEIC 500+ - Good skill of Microsoft offices
