• Bachelor's degree in related field (Finance/Accounting/Auditing…)
• No more than 3 years of prior working experience in either Big4 (with M&A experience) or Banks preferred
• An excellent academic track record and demonstrated leadership potential
• Strong intellect & analytical abilities
• A genuine passion for Real Estate business
