We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to oversee all daily operations of our business and ensure the company’s strategic goals are met. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience managing cross-functional teams, driving performance, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and people management skills.

Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments

• Develop and implement growth strategies and business plans in alignment with company goals

• Set performance and revenue targets and ensure they are met or exceeded

• Analyse financial statements and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

• Lead and support department heads to ensure team productivity and morale

• Maintain budgets, optimize costs, and manage resources efficiently

• Ensure company compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders

• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities or risks

• Report on company performance to upper management or ownership

• Assist the Director on daily assignments and business operations

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field

• Proven experience as a manager or similar executive role

• Strong financial acumen and understanding of a company’s main business functions (such as HR, finance, marketing, etc.)

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

• Proficiency with the written and spoken English language

• Proficiency with business software and tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Manufacturing and Trading industry

• Knowledge of data analysis and performance or operation metrics
