Manager, Bancassurance Training (Design & Development)

PURPOSE:

Training design & development for sales force, bank partners dedicated to building sales training curriculum for sale force including FSC, banker and sales leaders of Partnership Distribution chanel at FWD.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

This requires the job owner to:

1. Conduct training need analysis to design general curriculum / roadmap for FSC, bankers, sales leaders for Banca channel

2. Develop courses /modules, as well as research, design and adopt new training contents for FSC, banker, sales leaders

3. Update and modify course contents to reflect any development and changes in the procedures or techniques discussed in the course

4. Work with graphic artists to create audio/visual and other training aids

5. TTT/transfer new programs to trainer, sales team

6. Innovate and engage all designs and developments to best meet the learning needs of business partners (at all levels)

7. Continuously follow up with new internal guidelines and legislation to update training contents

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• Build sales force development curriculum .

• Directly conduct or transfer the content to instructors as they have been developed

• Closely communicate with Distribution, Training Delivery and graphic artist to implement training program

• Create highly interactive E-learning content

• Update and modify contents to match with changes from MOF, industry & market trendency

• Work with bank partner to built insurance selling skill program for bankers practically

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• BS degree in education, preferred in insurance, business administration, HR management

• 5 years experience in working with bank or insurance

• Experience in instructional design, E-learning design

• Be able to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and accurately

• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

• Creative thinking

• Ability to use AI
