Mô tả công việc
* Purpose of the job:
1) will assist Directors in development and be directly responsible for revenue generation from specified geographical areas and ensuring achievement of freehand/ direct sales targets (revenue & gross profit) at the branch.
2) focus on the new customer acquisitions account and day-to-day management of the team is crucial to the role, ensure collection of all receivables & overdue from local customers.
* Key Duties
* Sales Targets:
Assist to define and develop annual & monthly revenue and gross profit targets for Business Development team to ensure achievement of budgeted numbers for respective products (e.g., Air Exports, Air Imports, Sea Exports, Sea Imports, Brokerage) for the company
* New Business Acquisition:
1. Assist to conduct market research and segmentation to identify new prospects/ markets/ sectors for business development.
2. Set up profile prospective customers and gather intelligence on relevant information.
3. Interact with prospective customers via telephone/ e-mail to introduce EFL and schedule appointments.
4. Conduct scheduled sales visits and present EFL’s products / services and seek to understand customer requirements
5. Discuss rates / pricing quotes with customers while emphasizing EFL’s customer service levels and operational capabilities.
6. Assist to discuss credit terms with prospective customers and gather relevant financial details to assess credit worthiness; Initiate and obtain credit approvals for new customers as per EFL guidelines
* Key Account Management:
1. Build and maintain professional relationships with existing customers.
2. Establish rapport through formal visits and courtesy calls
3. Review, monitor and ensure consistent business volumes from key accounts / customers at the branch.
4. Assist to explore opportunities to service new trade lanes and cross sell appropriate EFL products / services (e.g., Customs Brokerage, Air / Sea Exports)
5. Assist to resolve of all customer complaints and operational issues; Escalate issues with concerned teams as required
* Daily Reports:
Ensure preparation and submission of daily reports to Director update on the sales report and obtain required functional support.
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 5-year experiences in Business development of Export/Import /Freight Forwarding Industry
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Knowledge of Logistics.
• Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong communications skills, assertive, with good personality and strong presence.
