We’re hiring! Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting a Manager- Chinese Desk, Corporate Teams & Specialties to join our team in Hanoi.

Responsibilities:

Accountable for executing the in-country commercial risk solution growth plan and focused on sales and growth.

Developing new business opportunities in FDI segments (China / Taiwan / Hong Kong) for commercial risk solutions in Ha Noi & Northern areas

Collaborating with Aon network to develop & target on FDI enterprises from China, Taiwan & Hong Kong.

Coordinating with Line Manager to strategically retain key clients (Chinese language) in Ha Noi & Northen region.

Other responsibilities as directed by the Manager.

Skills and experience that will lead to success.  

Non-life insurance experience will be preferred

Business development mindset

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good at Chinese language (writing, speaking, reading & listening)
