Public Relations & Media Relations
• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, media outlets, and influencers.
• Pitch and secure media coverage for corporate milestones, project launches, events, and thought leadership.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and talking points.
Corporate Communications
• Craft and manage internal and external communication materials including speeches, statements, newsletters, and investor communications.
• Coordinate crisis communication efforts with leadership during sensitive events.
• Ensure brand voice and tone are reflected consistently across all communication materials.
Corporate Branding
• Develop and execute Kusto Home’s corporate branding strategy and guidelines.
• Ensure Kusto Home corporate brand values and brand visibility is raised significantly.
Thought Leadership & Executive Positioning
• Work with senior leadership to position them as thought leaders via interviews, op-eds, and panel appearances.
• Develop keynote speeches, LinkedIn content, and feature articles to support executive visibility.
Events & Public Affairs
• Support media engagement and press coverage at launch events, press conferences, site visits, and community initiatives.
• Liaise with government bodies, trade associations, and real estate forums for industry presence.
Digital & Social Communications
• Oversee messaging and tone for digital platforms — especially LinkedIn, blogs, and video interviews.
• Work with digital and creative teams to amplify PR stories across owned and earned media.
Monitoring & Reporting
• Track media coverage and public sentiment; manage PR reports, clippings, and impact analysis.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities for brand storytelling.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors
Experience:
• At least 3-5 years proven experience in Branding and Communications
• Experience in real estate, luxury brand or working for event agency is preferred
• Good understanding of Real Estate industry
Skills:
• Excellent communication & influencing skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Good skills in project management, time & risk management
Others:
• Strong business mindset;
• Able to work under high pressure and multitask
