Mô Tả Công Việc

The Manager of Customer Experience (CX) team is responsible for steering and improving the overall customer experience on Lazada. Your main goal is to ensure that our buyers enjoy a great shopping experience on Lazada across buyer journey, including onsite experience, product development, communications and operations. The successful candidate should have strong experience in customer insights, business strategy and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong logical thinking and be able to point out the bad in the process and actively propose optimization plan
• Willing to do everything from scratch including following up with third parties on getting things done, bug tracking and reporting, do detailed data review, tracking and system monitoring
• Can-do attitude and willing to take ownership and explore if there is no frequent supervision. Patience to handle multi-tasks at the same time including but not limited to ad-hoc requests to push further on performance improvement on a frequent basis
• Working collaboratively with multiple stakeholder (including category teams/ business segments and agencies) in order to provide solutions/ plan on optimizing the performance. Good communication skills to persuade/ follow up/ engage/ and push third parties to buy in the plan/ solution
• Work with cross-functional teams to buy in additional support plan
• Be able to manage a small team to lead a project/ provide solutions/ and coach

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualification:
• Bachelor degree, preferably in Business/ Marketing management, Market research, Data science/ Statistics

Competency:
• Able to think big and deliver initiatives from concept to implementation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English
• Solid technical skill un Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience:
• At least 5+ year working experience in customer insights, business performance or data analysis
• Experience in business, strategy and/or tech consulting would be an advantage
• Experienced SQL skill is a plus
