Manager - Customer Service/securities Operations Department, Public Bank Securities Vietnam Company Limited
Job description
The Manager position in Customer Service/Securities Operations Department will be responsible for overseeing all aspect of business processing including but not limited to: account management, customer service, depository, and margin control (financial service).
• Set up and manage activities and procedures of Operations (including account management, settlement, depository and margin book management);
• Supervise all daily operations and reports from designated staffs (head office and branches), review their performance and give advice/resolutions for any problems or exceptional cases;
• Summary and review all regulatory reports relating to operations. Update with related laws, procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and laws, both internally and externally;
• Research on market and securities products, proposing changes to improve the internal procedures, products and services;
• Monitor margin financing book, including but not limited to single counter limit exposure, margin contract renewal, margin call, force selling;
• Work with vendors in terms of systems and trading platform upgrade, improvement or enhancement of new features and functions;
• Liaise with the related authorities for regulatory matters, with internal departments for related projects.
Job requirements
• University degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields;
• Securities license issued by State Securities Commission;
• At least 5 years of experience in the securities industry with at least 3 years at management level;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English;
• Well-known operational system of securities companies;
• Strong experience in working with SSC, Stock Exchanges, VSD, securities companies would be an advantage;
• Well-organized, excellent communication, problem solving and management skills.
