RMIT Vietnam, an entity of RMIT University, has campuses in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi since 2001. We provide internationally recognised, high-quality, education and professional training for students, clients and the community, and assist in the development of human resources capability in Vietnam and the region by hosting students from Australia and many other countries.
The role & key responsibilities
The Manager, Education Compliance will lead the preparation of RMIT Vietnam for regulatory compliance reviews required by the TEQSA Act for the RMIT University registration as an Australian University in Vietnam, including CRICOS for the delivery of overseas students and relevant regulations under the Law of Vietnam.
The position has responsibilities for coordinating with Headquarter on processes and associated activity for our institutional re-registration with TEQSA, to advise RMIT Vietnam Members’ Council and Vietnam Leadership team on the requirements of TEQSA and local legislation across RMIT Vietnam; including communication across Schools and Divisions and for initiating response to TEQSA and relevant local authority for information and any other related activity related to RMIT Vietnam’s compliance to the TEQSA Higher Education Standers Framework (HESF).
