Manager, Facility Management

Renovation & fitting-out & construction for warehouse:

- Immediately onboard with active projects: converting ambient warehouses to AC and other renovations.

- Strong understanding and ability to apply the new changes in Fire Codes to new projects, especially for high racking systems.

- Understanding of warehouse fitting-out, compliance with Local laws, Landlord’s regulations, and HSEE policies.

- Ability to work independently and under high pressure at managerial level.

- Capability to manage several projects at peaked season.

- Communicate with project stakeholders and vendors effectively, bi-language VN-EN.

- Cost management: budget / procure/ VE/ regular cost review

Facility repair and maintenance:

- Review, propose schedules, and execute periodic maintenance programs for the entire warehouse portfolio in Vietnam (7 in South + 4 in North, both owned and leased assets)

- Centralize vendors and contracts for cost-saving and time-effective solutions.

- Ad-hoc repairs and upgrade projects, from small to major, requiring flexibility and scalable bandwidth.

- Support company initiatives such as sustainability, buildability, procurement, compliance, and governance.

- University degree or above, preferably in Construction, Civil Engineer, Project Management or equivalent.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and project management, with a track record of projects and involvement levels. Experience in warehouses is a plus

- Proficient knowledge and experience in Fire Codes & new changes, MEPF, and other key elements of Warehouse: floors, docks, doors, racking and shelving systems, MHE rooftop solar system…

- Well-organized, good at planning, attentive to details, with the ability to zoom in and out to manage all stages, identify risks, and prepare mitigation plans

- Embrace best practices and initiatives for cost & time saving.

- Open to regular travel to site locations, especially across Binh Duong and Dong Nai, less frequent travel to North VN.
