Manager, Finance & Accounting Department (HAN or HCMC)

General job description: Managing different aspects of accounting, financial management and financial reporting work. Work Location: Ho Chi Minh/Hanoi office Reporting to: Finance Director Detailed Key Responsibilities: - Revenue report, monthly OS report, manage balance sheet accounts, manage statutory accounts and adhoc reports. - Supporting the Vietnam lead for Oracle Purchase to Pay (P2P) System for month end closing, including working and communicating effectively with different lines of services within the firm and the global ITSSC team; - Verify supporting documents for bank payments and authorize petty cash payments; - Review monthly value added tax returns; - Review monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts with sub-ledgers and detailed listings; - Participate in the preparation of various monthly financial management reports; - Manage statutory general ledgers and participate in the preparation of statutory financial statements; - Coordinate and work with external auditors, tax officers, state bank staff, and other officials as necessary; - Support and help with other tasks assigned by the Finance Director, Senior Manager, Manager.

ppppSkills and experience required: - Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance - At least 3 years relevant working experience in multinational companies; - At least 3 years relevant working experience in Accounting or Auditing field; - Excellent computer skills in using Microsoft Office Applications (specially in using Excel) - Having strong analytical skills and good business sense - Posses high degree of integrity and professionalism - Being proactive, independent and able to work under pressure - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent command of English.
