Purpose:
- Manage & execute medium sized strategic projects within Global Operations. Support brand and business strategy discussions to uncover huge business needs and opportunities. Identify, develop, implement, document, and continuously improve processes and standards within the Product Creation Technology, Digital Creation Program, Speed Engineering Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support innovative technology projects in close collaboration with IT to deliver project milestones on time and in scope
- Define, measure, analyze and improve implementation of digital product creation concepts
- Facilitate change management aiming for high acceptance
- Ensure applications and systems enhance productivity of product creation processes
- Address specific needs within product and engineering teams, solving problems and identifying trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning Advance Creation Technology, Product Creation, IT and Sourcing to establish best practices and ensuring flawless program management
- Benchmark processes and technologies against other companies within our and other industries
- Build and maintain an agenda for continuous improvement
- Shape the innovation strategy within Product Creation Technology to achieve the brand objectives

- Comfortable with ambiguity, flexibility, tenacity, eagerness to learn
- Proactive approach towards problem solving and ability to work independently to deliver projects
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Technical and analytical skills to address challenges, specifically in the areas of digital tools for product creation
- In depth understanding in the fields of computer graphics (CG), CAD/CAM, design applications (both 2D and 3D) and digital data analysis
- Broad knowledge of product design, development, engineering, and manufacturing in the footwear industry
- Strong Project management skills
- Excellent English language proficiency; multi-lingual abilities in local languages preferred.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University or College degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management in an international organization
- Minimum 5 years in the athletic footwear industry that includes Product Development, Engineering, Technical Service and Production.
- Computer literacy (MS Office and database understanding)
