HR Manager is responsible in leading all MGF's HR Operations, process, and solutions such as recruiting,
onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, Payroll, compensation and benefits, employment
engagement, performance management, Learning & Development and Change Management, etc.
Providing backend HR services.
Key responsibilities include:
What You’ll Be Doing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our remote population, addressing their unique needs
and challenges.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve existing HR processes for remote employees,
ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Understand and fulfil the HR needs of remote employees and managers, providing excellent
customer service while adhering to established processes and controls.
• Collaborate to improve efficiency and consistently execute all HR business processes.
• Lead the review, updating, and creation of employment documents for compliance in a remote
workforce context, collaborating with key stakeholders. This includes templates, offer letters,
employment contracts, consulting service agreements, and other employment-related documents.
• Participate in special projects on a local and global basis as required (20% of the time).
Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of HR management or business partnering experience
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
• Excellent people management skills and a good understanding of HR functions & best practices
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management
• Proven ability to motivate, mentor and lead in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve to work quickly and effectively
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams rapidly and effectively
• Negotiation, mediation, and conflict-management skills to resolve complex or disputed issue.
• Have good communication skills, logical analysis skills, affinity and service awareness, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
• Familiar with interview skills, talent assessment tools and methods, and master the same industry talent hunting techniques and methods,
• Ability to handle confidential information, professionally and appropriately
