Manager, Marketing Activation & Operation (12 Months Service contract)

We are looking for a competent Activation and Operations Marketing Manager to lead and oversee engaging campaigns that will make an impact on target audiences. You’ll ensure campaigns are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints. 

This role is 12 months service contract & will report to Marketing Director

His / Her responsibilities: 

- Spearheads and oversees the planning and execution of events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives. 

- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.  

- In charge of partnership management. 

- Source and negotiate with agencies, vendors, and suppliers.  

- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.  

- Coordinate all operations and supervise all staff. 

- Ensure events are completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.  

- Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports. 

You will have the following skills and experience:  

- Bachelor's degrees in marketing with solid understanding of Marketing campaigns online and offline. 

- At least 5 years of proven experience. 

- Experience in dealing and working with partners. 

- Strong organizational, project management and creative problem-solving skills. 

- Ability to communicate and negotiate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers. 

- Sharp-witted and flexible. 

- A team player with leadership skills.
