Manager, Master Planning and Design Management

Architectural Design Expertise Oversight

• Analyze and evaluate investment projects to propose master planning and architectural design solutions.

• Provide consultation and feedback on Master planning and architectural concepts, ensuring adherence to Nam Long Group’s standards and processes.

• Develop feasibility studies, design management processes, and design tasks.

• Support the entire project lifecycle, from design to construction and completion, ensuring projects meet annual schedules and objectives.

• Self-standing and teamwork capability in all aspects of the design and development work.

Plan Monitoring and Evaluation

• Check and review design documents to ensure technical compliance. Adhere to the company's annual design plans and schedules to meet the department's objectives.

• Track and evaluate the implementation of design plans to identify timely solutions and ensure progress.

• Review design documents to guarantee technical compliance and alignment with company objectives.

• Ensure design activities adhere to the company’s annual strategy and timelines

Coordination, Project Analysis and Development

• Coordination with other divisions and stake holders in accordance with instructions

• Research and update new standards, trends, and design styles.

• Identify strengths and weaknesses in design to enhance the company’s architectural and landscape offerings.

• Elaborate and standardize SOPs in the division with the others

• Participate in analyzing and assessing investment projects, providing solutions and recommendations for development.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Ensure activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them, ensuring the department's operation are effective.

Innovation System, Process management & improvement

• Ensure systems are integrated and closely linked with the company's operational processes.

• Manage the development and implementation of new systems and processes to improve performance and operational efficiency.

• Stay updated on the latest developments in technology and systems, providing insights on their potential application within the organization.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Background / Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in architecture, or related fields.

• Professional Certification in Architectural and Project Management is preferred.

• Over 12 years of experience in architectural design management and urban planning.

• International experience in architecture management and practice is a plus.

• Proficient in English.

• In-depth knowledge of urban planning, architecture, and construction projects.

• Expertise in building construction, materials, systems, and commercial practices.

• Familiarity with the latest legal regulations in the field.

• Proficiency in design software or management of: Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, PowerPoint.
