PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seasonal reviews with vendors/supply chain partners on performance
Keep track of respective vendor allocation
Liaise with US counterparts and development teams to clarify data prior to order processing
Manage order confirmation from respective vendors
Update and review commitment contracts for seasonal orders
Maintain PSR document and touch base with respective vendors on status updated
Verify OTD reports
Follow up specific cadence for speed orders based on criticality and timing
Liaise with cross functional teams, US counterparts and Vendors to find resolves to close dispute cases
Maintain tracking charts and follow up on dispatch

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
7+ years related experience in following up time and actions
Relevant capability in designated function (Development & Costing – costing, consumption, risk assessment, product development; Production Management – order and calendar management, factory management; Demand Planning – projection, capacity/loading planning)
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of Vietnamese and English
Certificate/Diploma or equivalent
