Manager of Asset Management

Our client, a foreign developer, is looking for a Manager of Asset Management. • Ensure optimal positioning of assets and uphold their highest and most efficient utilization. • Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet predetermined goals for occupancy rate, rent, and rental income, while enhancing the caliber of our customer base. • Prepare and oversee annual budgets and reports covering the financial performance of assets, including occupancy, rental rates, revenue, operating expenses, and net property income. • Collaborate closely with relevant departments to ensure asset compliance with regulations, proper maintenance, and effective management, while fostering strong customer relationships and liaising with external stakeholders such as government entities and brokers. • Manage market intelligence and gather global market/industry data to maintain the competitiveness of the Company’s offerings. • Participate in investment transactions from inception to completion, including origination, research, deal assessment and structuring, financial analysis (including modeling), and deal execution.

• Bachelor’s Degree in investment, finance, economics • Minimum of 5 years' experience in investment and asset management for real estate developer • Proficiency in financial modeling • Resourcefulness, strong analytical skills • Strong communication skill
