Management and development of Card products and services

a. Build and develop Card products and services;

Build and develop electronic distribution channels for customers;

Build and advise the Board of Directors on the Card business strategy;

Train and coach knowledge and expertise on the Bank's Card products and services;

Process information and feedback from customers/distribution channels for retail banking products and services;

Act as a focal point for interaction with Departments/Centers at the Head Office and Business Units to serve the business plan.

Business development

b. Build programs and communication plans for Card products and services;

Build business plans by product line/program for each region. Monitor, supervise and coordinate business plans;

Manage activities associated with partners;

Responsible for the business results of Card products and services.

Other tasks:

c. Perform tasks assigned by the leader related to specialized products;

Propose personal opinions in the communication of products, services, and promotional programs;

Develop policies, regulations, and procedures related to professional expertise;

Participate in establishing and organizing the operation of operational processes of the Product & Marketing Department;

Other tasks as directed and assigned by competent authorities.

- University degree or higher, majoring in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Investment, Banking, Securities, Marketing or equivalent majors.

- Good command in English

- Proficient in office computer

- At least 05 years of experience in the field of finance and currency, at least 03 years in a similar management position or higher.

- Understanding of banking products and services, domestic/international payments system, trade finance, credit

- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, financial reports, asset management reports, debt - equity, financial ratios
