Manager – Personal Accident & Employee Compensation

• Lead and execute profitable growth strategies for the Personal Accident & Employee Compensation portfolio.

• Manage and motivate a high-performing team.

• Oversee underwriting activities, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.

• Build strong relationships with customers, business partners, brokers, and colleagues.

• Expand business networks through industry associations.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Insurance, Law, Economics, Finance, or International Business.

• Professional insurance certification preferred.

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in insurance, with management experience in PA & Employee Compensation lines.

• Proven negotiation skills with brokers and corporate agents
